CA Exams 2024: ICAI Postpones only clashing Papers; Students in dilemma to vote or Not:

Sharing the CA Exam 2024 date sheet, CA Narayan Lakhotiya requested ICAI to reconsider the decision because ultimately CA students will suffer due to Lok Sabha Elections 2024. CA Subham Agarwal writes "sometimes i dont understand such rigidity showcased by icai. imagine the plight of students who have exams next to voting date. tbh if i am in this situation- i will opt out to vote and icai office bearers will solely be responsible." Ritika Goenka writes "We are ready to sacrifice our votes. But what about campaign and loudspeaker how would you stop them." Many are also surprised that UPSC Exams are postponed but CA Exams are going to be held during Elections. Another issue is, that if CA Exams are postponed to June, they will coincide with the CS exam as they are in June 2024. Now that the ICAI has issued the revised date sheet, it is final that CA Exams will be held in May and not June and students should focus only on their studies as no more change is anticipated.
