For Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO)
Candidates must have a Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in Financial Risk Management, Professional Risk Management, or have a work experience as a Chief Risk Officer/ Head of the Risk Management Department of the Bank/ Financial Institution for at least 2 years. He/ she must have at least 15 years of experience in the Bank/Financial Sector, and at least 05 years of experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager.
For Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
An applicant must possess a B.E/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ other related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution. He/ she must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in an IT company engaged in the area of providing technology solutions to the Banking sector.
For Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ other related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. He/she must have a minimum of 15 years experience in Banking-IT, projects involving IT Policy and Planning/ Financial Networks and Applications/ Financial Information Systems/ Cyber Security Technologies/ Payment Technologies, of which, 05 years should be at the Senior Management level.
