NHAI Recruitment 2023: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has called in Online Applications from Experienced Professionals meeting Eligibility for Appointment/Recruitment on the Group ‘A’ Post Deputy Manager (Vigilance) On Deputation vide this NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification issued on 14th February 2023 (14.02.2023). According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with Appointment of a Suitable Person into the Deputy Manager (Vigilance) Position by Deputation.

As notified by the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Willing Candidates with Eligibility may apply and complete the Application Submission Process. Pay Scale under NHAI Recruitment 2023:

The Pay-Scale Level in accordance with the NHAI Recruitment 2023, accruing to the Candidate appointed as Deputy Manager (Vigilance) shall remain as explained hereunder:

Pay Scale Level 10: Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 (Pre-Revised in CDA Pattern, Equivalent to Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission)

Maximum Age Limit under NHAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Maximum Age Limit as on the Closing Date of the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement shall remain as follows:

Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 Years

Eligibility for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

By Deputation:

Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 03 (Three) Years’ Experience in Disciplinary and Vigilance matters in the Government Department.

The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/ Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Statutory/Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (Pre-Revised in CDA Pattern, Equivalent to Pay Scale Level- 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or Equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern (IDA) Pattern in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or

ii) with 03 (Three) Years’ Service in the Post-Appointment Grade rendered thereto on a Regular Basis in the Posts in the Pay Band-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4800 (Pre-Revised in CDA Pattern Equivalent to Pay Scale Level-8 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) Equivalent in the IDA Pattern in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or

iii) with 06 (Six) Years’ Service in the Post-Appointment Grade rendered thereto on a Regular Basis in the Post(s) in the Pay Band-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4600 (Pre-Revised in CDA Pattern Equivalent to Pay Scale Level-7 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) Equivalent in the IDA Pattern in the Parent Cadre/Department; With in possession the Essential Educational Qualifications and Essential Experience stipulated in Column 7 of the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Deputation Tenure: The Deputation Tenure including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the Similar or Some other Organisation or Department, shall ordinarily be 03 (Three) Years which may be extended for another 02 (Two) Years with the approval of Chairman, National Highways Authority of India. Further extension beyond 5th year and up to Maximum 10 Years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance.

Selection Criteria under NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Appointment of the Candidate on Deputy Manager (Vigilance) Post shall be carried through by Deputation involving an Interview.

Deputation Tenure: The Tenure of Deputation including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding his/her Appointment in the same or other Organization, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 (Five) Years.

As per the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the NHAI Recruitment 2023 Notification mandates Online Application Process, followed by submission of the Online Application Printout accompanying all the Cadre Controlling Authority issued Testimonials.

The Last Date (02 Days prior to the Meeting of the Selection Committee) for receipt of the Online Application Printout (duly signed by the Applicant) from the Parent Department of the Applicant with the ‘Verification Certificate’, issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority in the Parent Department of the Applicant and thereby verifying Entries in the Candidate’s Application with regard to Educational/Professional Qualification/s and Service details (holding of Post, nature of Post, Pay Particulars, and nature of Duties performed, Experience, etc.).

Note: Printout of the Online Application (duly filled-in), forwarded by the Parent Department of the Applicant annexed with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and Photocopy of Previous 05 (Five) Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (ACRs/ APARs) should be receivable Before 02 Days prior to the Selection Committee Meeting in the Office of Deputy General Manager (HRA) NHAI at the following address.
