Pay Scale under CAU Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale under CAU Recruitment 2023 is given below:

Pay Scale: Level 14 (Rs.144200) Per Month

As per the CAU Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Candidates appointed on the Posts Dean/Director would remain entitled to the Pay Scale Level prescribed hereinabove.

Age Limit for CAU Recruitment 2023:

The Superannuation for Dean and Director is 65 Years.

As per CAU Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Eligible Officers should fulfill the aforementioned Criteria.

Eligibility for CAU Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility for CAU Recruitment 2023 is given below:

i) Master’s Degree in any discipline including Basic Sciences with Minimum 55% Marks/Equivalent Grade Point.

ii) Good Academic Record with Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) Degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences.

iii) Minimum 15 Years’ Experience in Teaching/Research/Extension Education/Administration, 07 Years of which in the Pay Band-IV with Minimum 03 Years in the capacity of Professor/Equivalent Position.

Experience: The Experience should be relevant to the Position concerned with Administrative Experience explained hereunder:

i) Experience of Guiding Students at Masters and Doctoral Levels.

ii) Published Work in the form of Minimum 10 Scientific Papers in Journals of Repute with 05 and above National Academy of Agricultural Sciences. (NAAS) Rating.

Desirable:

a) Experience in guiding Post-Graduate/Doctor Philosophiae (Ph.D.) Research Work.

b) Evidence of demonstrated Scientific leadership with Administrative Experience Relevant to the Position.

Selection Process under CAU Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process under CAU Recruitment 2023 involves Detailed Scrutiny for Shortlisting the Eligible Candidates for Interview. Therefore, the Eligibility Candidates shall be called in to participate in the Interview Process.

The Appointment of Dean and Directors in the Notified Colleges and CAU Head Quarters located in Tripura, Meghalaya and Manipur, shall remain for a Tenure of 05 (Five) Years and they would remain Eligible for Re-appointment.

The Eligible Candidates may remit the Requisite Application Fee prescribed for them.

I) Un-Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand) only

II) SC/ST/PwBDs Candidates: Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only
