CBDT notifies Procedure for registration and submission of SFT
Procedure for registration and submission of statement of financial transactions (SFT) as per section 285BA of Income-tax Act, 1961 read with Rule 114E of Income-tax Rules, 1962 has been notified by CBDT vide notification numberNotification No. 3 of 2018 dated5th April, 2018.
Procedure for registration and submission of Statement of Reportable Account as per section 285BA of Income-tax Act, 1961 read with Rule 114G of Income-tax Rules, 1962has been notified by CBDT vide notification numberNotification No. 4 of 2018 dated5th April, 2018.
The functionality for submission of statement of financial transactions was earlier enabled on efiling portal vide Notification No.1 of 2017 dated 17th January 2017
This functionality for submission of statement of financial transactions is now transferred on newly launched Reporting Portal.
