CBDT Released Utility for Filing Returns in Form ITR-1 to ITR-4 The Central Board of Direct Taxes [CBDT] has released Utility for Filing Returns in Form ITR-1 to ITR-4 on 4th April 2022 for Financial Year 2021-22 [Assessment Year 2022-23]. Very Recently Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has notified new income tax return forms SAHAJ ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3, SUGAM ITR- 4, ITR-5, ITR-6, ITR-V, and ITR- Ack, for the Financial Year 2021-22 [Assessment Year 2022-23], the ministry of finance said in a release on 1 April 2022. Below are details of ITR Forms and the Date of Release of JSON Utility. Updated ITR-1_Schema_AY 2022-23 V1.0

For individuals being a resident (other than not ordinarily resident) having total income upto Rs.50 lakh, having Income from Salaries, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.), and agricultural income upto Rs.5 thousand.

For Individuals, HUFs and Firms (other than LLP) being a resident having total income upto Rs.50 lakh and having income from business and profession which is computed under sections 44AD, 44ADA or 44AE and agricultural income upto Rs.5 thousand.
