CBIC Secures First Place in CPGRAMS Performance Report for September 2025
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) recently posted on social media platform X (Previously known as Twitter) regarding CPGRAMS performance.
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has announced that it has secured the first position in the CPGRAMS grievance redressal performance, reflecting its strong commitment to prompt and effective citizen services.
As per the 41st CPGRAMS Report released by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) for September 2025, CBIC has once again won the trust and confidence of citizens, this is the third time in a row that CBIC has won.
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs leads the Group A category (handling up to 500 grievances per month) among all Central Ministries and Departments in the rankings published for September 2025 according to the reports.
This achievement highlights CBIC’s continued dedication to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in solving public complaints and increasing citizen satisfaction.
