Central Bank of India Partners with HDFC AMC to Distribute Mutual Fund Products
The Central Bank of India, one of the oldest and largest public sector banks in India, informed the NSE Ltd and BSE Ltd regarding a new partnership related to mutual funds.
The bank informed that it has entered into a distributorship agreement with M/S HDFC Asset Management Company Limited for the distribution of its mutual fund products to its customers.
The bank further added that through this partnership, it will be able to offer its customers a wider range of mutual fund investment options, helping them grow and make better use of their savings through HDFC AMC’s products.
HDFC Asset Management Company Limited was established in 1999 and is one of the leading asset management companies in India. As of December 31, 2025, it manages assets of around Rs 9.21 trillion across various investment products.
The Central Bank of India made the above disclosure under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
