Central Bank of India is recruiting candidates for BC Supervisor positions in Ayodha and Madurai region on a contract basis. The recruitment is open to both Retired Bank employees and Young Candidates. There

are 06 vacancies for the Ayodha region.

Age for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for retired bank employees is 64 years only, and for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years, with rural banking experience of at least 3 years, whereas for the young candidates the age limit will be range between 21 years to 45 years and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 60 years.

Place of Posting for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the applicant selected for BC Supervisor post in Ayodha Region  will be posted in Ayodhya, Gonda, Bahraich, Basti, Siddharthnagar, Ambedkarnagar, and Sultanpur.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a monthly salary ranging between Rs.15000 to Rs.12000 plus a variable component between Rs.8000 to Rs.10000 for an applicant applying for the Madurai region, and applicant applying for Ayodha region will get Rs.12000 + work-based incentive maximum Rs.8000 + travel allowance maximum Rs.3000 + mobile expenses maximum Rs.500.

Selection Procedure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the selection of candidates will be made through the interview process.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for a period of 12 months subject to a satisfactory annual performance review.

Eligibility for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for both regions should have the following eligibility.

Retired Bank Employees

• Retired Officers (including voluntary retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the Rank of Senior Manager/equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Central Bank of India – JAIIB with a good track record.
• All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

Young Candidates

Candidate should have graduated with computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) should be the minimum requirement; however, degrees like M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, and MBA will be preferred.

IIBF - BC Certificate for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023,the IIBF – BC Certification is given below.

BC supervisors have three months from the date of joining to receive IIBF-BC certification. Upon successful completion of the course, Bank will once again repay the Registration Fee. If BC Certifications are not followed, the following penalties will be assessed:

• From 4th month to 6th month, Rs 1000/- will be deducted from the fixed component.
• From the 7th to the 12th Month, Rs 2000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
• After 12 months, his /her contract will not be renewed.

Roles and Responsibilities of BC Supervisor for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the roles and Responsibilities of BC Supervisor are given below.

• To monitor the working of BC Agents assigned to them on a daily basis through BC Dashboard / telephonic Calls / online VC meetings besides monthly visits to BC Points.
• Fixation of targets and monitoring the progress vis-à-vis target.
• To Ensure that banking services are available to the identified villages/SSAs (Sub Service Areas)/Non-SSAs including communities in rural/urban / metro areas.
• To educate BC about their roles and responsibilities.
• To ensure readdressing of grievances of customers / BCs and submit feedback to the link branch with a copy to Regional Office.
• Conduct meetings in the villages/SSAs/Non-SSAs as well as communities in their operational area to encourage villagers/customers for availing of the banking services of our bank and submit a report to linked Regional Offices.
• Visit allocated villages / SSAs / Non-SSAs as well as communities and BC points in the district at least once a month.
• Monitor and Control the activities of the BCs in coordination with the link branch and ensure that BCs remain active.
• Ensure that the BCs are operational during working hours as per extant guidelines of the Bank.
• To ensure that BCs are not doing any type of offline transactions at BC point.
• To ensure that BCs are engaged in cross-selling of Central Bank of India and third-party products.
