Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is hiring candidates for the Counselor FLCC post on a contractual basis. As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is only 01 vacancy in this post. As per the official notification, the candidate should have Graduate / Post Graduate degrees from a UGC-recognized University and Officer with rural development background i.e. It is preferable to have a finance officer, a rural development officer, an agriculture officer who has transitioned to mainstream banking, a lead district manager, faculty leaders, faculty members of training centers and colleges with a focus on rural development, etc

According to the official notification of the Central bank of India recruitment, the candidate should have these qualifications which are mentioned below
A graduate or postgraduate degree from a university recognized by the UGC is required of the candidate.
Desirable:
Officers with experience in rural development, such as agricultural finance officers, rural development officers, agricultural officers who have transitioned into mainstream banking, lead district managers, faculty leaders, faculty members of training centers and colleges with a focus on rural development, etc., are preferred.
According to the official notification of the central bank of India recruitment 2023, the experience required for the post is given below:-
1. Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
2. He should have worked as Branch Manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
3. He should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from his previous employer.
4. He should be well conversant with the local language.
5. Should have retired from Scale-2 & above from FLCC.
According to the official notification of the Central bank of India recruitment, the candidate age limit is Less than 65 years with sound Health.
According to the official notification of the Central Bank of India, the Selection Procedure is the eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
