On Friday, the Central GST team raided the club in connection with tax evasion of crores of rupees. This is the biggest action taken by the Central GST team in Patna. Central GST team has seized many documents in Bankipur club. The GST team has registered a case of outstanding tax of about 10 crores on Bakipur Club. This raid has taken place in the investigation of this case.

No GST registration since 2017

Cases of serious financial irregularities have come to the fore in the city's oldest and prestigious Bankipur Club. Bankipur Club is accused of GST evasion of more than ten crores. The central GST team had received information that Bankipur Club has not done GST registration since 2017. Regarding this matter, the GST team has clamped down on the Bankipur Club.

According to the information we have so far, despite the fact that all institutions must register for GST, Bankipur Club's registration has not yet been completed after the country's implementation of the tax system.
