A major case of wrong Input Tax credit (ITC) of Rs 69 Crore has been detected by Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) Bhopal Zone (Raipur Commissionerates) in the Telecom sector. Out of this Rs. 48 Crore has been Recovered so far. Further investigation is in progress.
