CMRL recruits applicants for General Manager (Signal & Telecom) post on Deputation and Contract basis for 3 years which will be extended up to 5 years. There is only 01 vacancy.

Age Limit for CMRL Recruitment 2023:

On Deputation Basis– The maximum age limit is 55 years.

On a Contractual Basis– The minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum is 55 years.

Qualification for CMRL Recruitment 2023:

The qualification needed for the above-mentioned post is a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a combination of these disciplines from an AICTE / UGC-approved Govt. recognized Institute / University.

Salary for CMRL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 225000.

Experience for CMRL Recruitment 2023:

The experience required for the above-mentioned post is.

• In the case of a deputation, the officer must be an IRSSE / Group ‘A’ / SAG or equivalent grade/rank with experience in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of Electronic Interlocking for Railway Signalling, and automatic signaling system based on AFTC/Axle Counter based track detection. Experience with train protection and warning systems will be advantageous.
• Contractual basis, Out of 20 years of experience, the candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in project implementation/execution/maintenance in Metro Signalling systems such as CBTC, distance to go based Metro Signalling.
• Should have experience in tendering and contract management.
• Experience in the operation of a Metro Railway project’s wireless transmission system, AFTC-based automatic signaling / CBTC signaling system, centralized operations, and mission-critical communication systems would be advantageous.

Selection Procedure for CMRL Recruitment 2023:

Selection of the candidates will be based on two stages – an interview followed by a medical examination.
The selection process will judge the candidate on different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness.
