Coal India Recruitment 2022: Coal India Limited invites applications from young, energetic, and dynamic candidates for recruitment through the online application mode for the post of Management Trainee. The opening date for Online Registration of Applications is 08th July 2022 at 10.00 AM and the last date for Online Submission of Applications is 07th August 2022 at 11.59 PM. The Upper Age Limit is 30 Years as of 31st May 2022 for General (UR) & EWS category candidates without age relaxation.

1. Personnel & HR- Graduates with at least two years of full-time Post-Graduate Degree/PG Diploma/Post-Graduate Program in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR(Major) from recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
2. Environment- Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks Or any Engineering Degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
3. Materials Management- Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years full-time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks.
4. Marketing & Sales- Recognised Degree with 2 years full-time MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) from recognized Institute / University with minimum 60% marks.
5. Community Development- Minimum two years of full-time Post-Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma of two-year duration from a recognized University/Institute in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organisation and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development / Rural and Tribal Development /Development Management / Rural Management with minimum 60% marks. OR Minimum 2 years Full-time Post Graduate Degree (from recognized University/Institute) in Social Work with specialization-Community Development / Rural Development /Community Organization & Development Practice/Urban & Rural Community Development/Rural & Tribal Development/Development Management with minimum 60% marks.
6. Legal- Graduate in Law of 3 years / 5 years duration from a recognized University/Institute with minimum of 60% marks.
7. Public Relations- Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (Full-time courses) in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks.
8. Company Secretary- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute having acquired Company Secretary Qualification with Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked in a listed company.
i. The university or institute where the graduate received their degree must be acknowledged by the relevant Indian statutory authority.
ii. Regular full-time study should be required for an engineering degree.
iii. The MBA, PG Diploma, PG Degree, or M.Tech must be from an accredited university or institute and must be a 2-year, full-time course approved by the relevant Indian statutory authority. The Management of CIL will have the ultimate say in any disagreements regarding the acceptability of any specific qualifications.
Only the marks received in the computer-based online test will be used to determine selection. The CBT admit card, which will be received via email, will contain information regarding the CBT date. Additionally, the Admit Card will be accessible for download via the personal login portal.
Candidates should confirm that they meet all qualifying requirements prior to applying. Admission to the computer-based online test will only be a temporary measure. At each level of the hiring process or appointment, the candidate will be subject to verification of information/documents if they are shortlisted. Etc.
Candidates from the GENERAL (UR), OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer), or EWS categories must pay a non-refundable fee of 1000 rupees plus any applicable GST of 180 rupees, for a total of 1180 rupees (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only). Candidates who are PwD, ESM, SC, or ST, as well as employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries, are not required to submit an application fee. Only online payments will be accepted for application fees. The application fee cannot be paid in any other way. In the event that a candidate pays the fee into the incorrect account, CIL disclaims all liability.
Under no circumstances can a fee that has already been paid be reimbursed or applied to a different recruitment campaign. As a result, candidates are urged to confirm their eligibility prior to applying.
Please take note that, other from the aforementioned application cost, CIL does not request any further fees or charges.
During the training period, the chosen applicants will be hired as Management Trainees in the E-2 Grade with an initial Basic Salary of Rs. 50000 per month and a pay range of Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000. Regularization will be at the E-3 Grade with probation for a year if not longer upon succeeding and satisfactorily completing the one-year training period and passing the test held for that purpose. The initial Basic will remain at Rs. 60000. Candidates will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, HRA, cafeteria approach benefits, and other benefits, such as Performance Related Pay (PRP), as applicable for the position, in addition to the Basic Salary. Benefits like leave, medical care, CMPF, CMPS, gratuity, and the CIL Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, among others, will be receivable in accordance with the company’s current norms. The actual compensation may differ based on the employee’s performance rating, the company’s financial performance, and the location of their posting.

ii. While applying online, the candidate needs to upload the following documents:-
a) Self-attested copy of Matriculation / Secondary Board level certificate in support of age.
b) Final / Provisional Degree / Certificate for Graduation and Post-Graduation, as applicable.
c) Apart from the other required documents, the candidates of the final year/semester/trimester in the academic year 2021-2022 will have to upload their latest year/semester / trimester marksheet / marks transcript of relevant minimum educational qualification. Etc.
