Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2023: Cochin Shipyard is inviting interested and eligible candidates for Apprenticeship Training for Graduate/ Diploma and ITI Certificate holders. As mentioned in the official notification of Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2023, there are 21 seats for the mentioned apprenticeship training. The Graduate Apprentices should have a Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in a relevant discipline or a Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline. The Diploma Apprentices should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline or a Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in a relevant discipline. The ITI Trade Apprentices should have passed in 10th standard and should be passed in ITI in the concerned trade (National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trades). The candidates applying for the mentioned opportunities should have been born on or before 02.08.2023.
According to the official notification of Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2023, the candidates selected for ITI Trade Apprenticeship Training will get a monthly stipend of Rs.8000, the candidates selected for Diploma Apprenticeship Training will get a monthly stipend of Rs.10200 and the candidates selected for Graduate Apprenticeship will get a monthly stipend of Rs.12000. The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of 01 year. The selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines.
