CUET UG Result 2024 Delay Leaves Students Worried; Why CUET UG Result not Coming

Candidates for CUET UG 2024 have been waiting for results for about a month. Due to a retest and answer key challenge process, the National Testing Agency (NTA), which was supposed to provide results by 30th June, had to reschedule the date. Due to the disruption of the freshmen academic schedule, the delay in announcing the CUET UG results 2024 has left thousands of students feeling stressed and anxious and has created doubt among the participating universities.

According to reports, the NTA stated that it would release the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) results by 30th June. However, a retest was conducted on 19th July because of differences in the final answer key. Yesterday, the NTA published the updated final answer key.

The CUET UG exam was taken by about 13.48 lakh candidates between 15th May to 29th May who were applying to UG programs at central universities, state universities, and other participating institutions. In 379 places, including 26 outside of India, the exam was administered in a mixed format.

The examination in pen and paper format took place on 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 29th May. The computer-based test (CBT) and offline exam were given on 21st, 22nd, 24th, and 29th May. 1,000 students took the last CUET retest on 19th July.

There have been 404 questions removed from the offline exam and 59 questions removed from the online paper, according to the CUET updated answer key 2024. A mark will be subtracted for each erroneous response, and candidates will receive five marks for each correct answer.

Inquiring about the release date of the CUET UG results, a CUET candidate tagged Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Children are the test subjects in this entire system, which is turning out to be a huge farce.

An additional person on Twitter stated that the COVID-19 epidemic was not as serious of an admittance crisis as the CUET result wait. Due to the postponement of the CUET results announcement, Jamia Millia Islamia is considering devising a different plan for holding UG admissions this year. In an additional appeal, the vice-chancellor of Delhi University has been asked to withdraw from CUET UG.
