Delhi Govt Issues Instructions to Ensure Timely Disposal of GST and DVAT Refund Claims; Warns Against Delays The Delhi Government has told its tax officers to speed up the processing of GST and DVAT refund claims and avoid unnecessary delays. It said that even though clear instructions were issued earlier in May and July 2022, many taxpayers are still facing delays, and some cases are even reaching courts.
