Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Manager on a Direct Recruitment/ Deputation / Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a Joint Venture company with equal equity participation from the Govt. of India and the Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail-based Mass Rapid Transit System, for Delhi. As per the Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 02 vacancies for the post of Manager.
The candidate must be working in the Indian Railways, or, must be an Ex-S&T Officer of the Indian Railways and presently working in other Government sectors/PSUs, or, must be a retired S&T Officer (only for engagement on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement Basis), having relevant experience in the field of Railway Signaling Design and having expertise in the following area; Design or data preparation of Electronic Interlocking / Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS); OR Ability to prepare Route Control Chart based on Signaling Interlocking Plan in compliance of General Rules (GR) / Subsidiary Rules (SR), Signaling Engineering Manual (SEM) & Latest Technical Circulars.
Candidates selected on a Direct Recruitment basis, the pay and emoluments shall be as per the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time, and other benefits, which include Perks, Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity and Insurance, etc., as per the extant rules of the Corporation. The candidate selected on a Deputation basis, the selected candidate shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the govt. of India rules and the candidate selected on a PRCE basis, the selected candidate shall be eligible for the consolidated fee of Rs. 82000/- per month.
As per the Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying on direct recruitment basis should be below the age of 57 years, candidates applying on a deputation basis should be below the age of 55 years and the candidates applying on a PRCE basis should be below the age of 61 years.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview for the above-mentioned job post. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of details provided in the application form. The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the official website. Shortlisted candidates have to attend the interview at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi OR through online mode (tentatively).
