DMRC Recruitment 2023: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Limited has called in Applications from Senior Experienced Professionals for Appointment on 02 General Manager (Civil) Posts by Direct Recruitment/Deputation Basis for the DMRC Projects notified by this DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification. According to the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up on a Deputation Basis in DMRC Limited. Based on the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, Experienced, Dynamic and Motivated Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)/Group-A Officers, working in the Indian Railways/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/Central Public Works Department (CPWD), with Relevant Experience, shall be appointed on Direct Recruitment/Deputation.
Note: According to the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, those employed in Government Sector/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) should send their Applications through Proper Channel together with Vigilance and D&AR Clearance
Hence those Eligible with Willingness may complete the Application Submission Process up to 21st March 2023 (21.03.2023), the Last Date notified in the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
According to the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled through Direct Recruitment/Deputation.

As per the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Professions post-Selection shall be appointed under the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:
Pay Scale:
Direct Recruitment: Rs.1.20 Lac-2.80 Lac Per Month
Deputation: Parent Departmental Pay Plys Deputation Allowance
The Maximum Age Limits in the case of the Deputation and Direct Recruitment 2023 as on 01.02.2023 in accordance with the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement are hereunder:
Deputation Case: Maximum 55 Years
Direct Recruitment: Maximum 57 Years
Based on the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification and Experience DMRC Recruitment 2023:
According to the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidate should have following Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 60% Marks from any Duly Recognized University/Institute.
Eligibility Criteria (As On 01.02.2023):
The Officer having varied Experience of working in Civil/Construction/Maintenance Department, in the Indian Railways/CPSUs/CPWD should be conversant with functioning in the Computerized Environment.
Hands-on Knowledge of various Computer Applications, relating to the Job is Desirable. The Officer should be free from D&AR and Vigilance Enquiry.
I) For the Candidates working in the Railways/Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings in the CDA Pay Scale:
Officers working in Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission/Higher; on Regular Basis, in any Government Organization/PSUs, including Services put in on Deputation, in the above Pay Scale, with Total 18 (Eighteen) Years’ Service at Gazetted/Executive Level.
Note: The Officer working in Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade in Level-14, may also apply.
II) For Candidates working in the Government Organization/Public Sector Undertakings in the IDA Pay Scale:
The Officer working in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 120000–280000/Higher, on Regular Basis, in any Government Organization/Public Sector Undertakings, including Services put in on Deputation, in the said Pay Scale, with Total 18 (Eighteen) Years’ Service at Gazetted/ Executive Level.
Note: The Officer working in Non-Functional Grade in the above-said Pay Scale may also apply.
As explained in the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Selection Methodology for the Candidates applying By Deputation/Direct Recruitment Criteria explained hereunder:
On Deputation: The Deputation Basis shall involve/necessitate a Personal Interview.
Direct Recruitment: The Screening Methodology for the Candidates shall mandate Personal Interviews and the Medical Fitness Examination.
The Selection Process shall be aimed at judging different facets of Knowledge, Skills, Comprehension, Aptitude and Physical Fitness. The Candidates would have to qualify/pass the Screening Process and the Medical examination, before being adjudged as suitable for Selection.
Based on the DMRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, all the Willing Candidates with Eligibility should submit their respective duly completed Applications annexed with the Vigilance Clearance, D&AR Clearance and Previous 05-Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs), Scanned Copies of all other Documents to be sent through Email AND also through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Dew/Speed Post enclosed in a Properly Sealed Cover superscripted “Application for the Post<Name> in DMRC receivable in the Office of Executive Director (HR)”
