Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023: The Department of Personnel and Training is inviting eligible applicants to fill out the post of Consultant in Establishment and Admn on a contract basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023, 02 seats are available for the relevant position.

The applicant’s maximum age limit should not be beyond the age of 65 years as per the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023. In accordance with the official notification of the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for a tenure period of 01 year which may be extended or curtailed as per the requirement and satisfactory performance of the Consultant. To fill the position of Consultant in Establishment and Admn. on a contract basis, the Department of Personnel and Training is inviting qualified candidates. 02 seats are open for the appropriate position, as stated in the official notification of the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023.

Age Limit for Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s maximum age shall not be greater than 65.

Eligibility for Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023 must have the following eligibility.

  • The job of Consultant is open to people who have retired from equivalent positions such as Assistant Section Officer, Section Officer, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, or Director. The level will be chosen with the relevant authority’s approval, taking into account the type of work that the consultant(s) will be doing. However, in accordance with the General Financial Rules (GFR)-2017, organisations covered by MoC may hire consultants to provide any services they demand, including intellectual, professional, training, and advisory services.
  • The candidate must be familiar with office procedures, budgeting and accounting, noting and drafting, interpersonal and communication skills, electronic mail and e-office operation, and computer programmes like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among other things.

 

Tenure for Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023:

The candidate will be hired on a contract basis for a tenure duration of one year, which may be extended or reduced based on requirements and the consultant’s good performance, as stated in the official notification of the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023.

Remuneration for Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of the Department of Personnel and Training Recruitment 2023, Retired Central Government employees who are receiving a pension (in accordance with CCS Pension Rules) are eligible for a set monthly sum that is determined by subtracting the basis pension from the pay received at the time of retirement.
For the duration of the contract, the compensation in question will not alter from its previously specified sum. During the duration of the contract, there will be no raises in salary, percentage increases, or dearness allowances.
