Monthly Remuneration under Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023:

Based on the Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Emolument stipulated for Young Professionals for disbursement will be as explained hereunder:

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.70000 (Consolidated)

Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in the Post-related Subject.

Category B:

Essential Educational Qualification: MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA

Category C:

Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Laws/Master of Legal Laws

Category D:

Essential Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Economics/Statistics/MBA with Specialization in Operations Research

Desirable Qualifications: Post-specific Desirable Qualifications relevant to all 04 Categories, Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D are described and available for Review in the Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Official Notification appended herewith

Experience: Minimum of 01 (One) Year’s Experience in Government, reputed Organizations, and Research Organizations. Preference will be given to Persons with Work Experience in the field of Telecommunications supported by Published Work/Policy Papers Appraisal/Monitoring of Projects and Schemes etc.

Note: The Experience of Internship/Training will not be considered.

Selection Criteria under Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023:

A Selection Panel shall be constituted for the Selection Purpose will carry out the Selection Process through Interviews resulting from the Shortlisting Process explained in the subsequent Lines.

The Shortlisting Committee(s), as well as the Selection Committee(s), shall assign the Marks to each Candidate out of Total 100 Marks either separately or on a Common Platform, on Criteria to be decided by the Committee(s) themselves.

Contractual Duration: The Candidates selected as Young Professionals will be engaged Initially for 01 (Year), which may be further extended for another Term for Maximum Tenure of 03 (Three) Years from the Date of Initial Engagement.

Monthly Remuneration: The Monthly Remuneration shall be revised upward to Rs.70000 Per Month (Consolidated) from Engagement.
