Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited Recruitment 2022: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited invites candidates for the recruitment of Dy. General Manager or Manager (Rolling Stock) post on a deputation basis in Prayagraj location and Duration is 3 years extendable up to 5 years (subject to exemption by OPE from the rule of immediate absorption).

Dy. General Manager- Central or State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-11) posts or Central or State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000 to Rs. 200000 (IDA) (E4) with four years’ service in the grade.
Manager- Group B officers of Central or State Govt. with at least 4 years of service in Group B (Gazetted) in relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 (IDA) (E3) with four years’ service in that grade.
Freight train operations on the corridor are closely monitored around-the-clock. coordinating with field APM or rolling stock to address rolling stock difficulties. coordination with IR and DFCCIL Rolling Stock official to ensure that damaged wagons that detach in transit receive quick care. keeping track of the installation, upkeep, and use of wayside equipment. managing contracts under authority and handling tenders. For prompt checking of the wagon after receiving an alert, close contact with OMRS control in OCC is required. keeping track of and providing information on anomalies with rolling stock in the corridor. coordination with IR TXR Controls for ordering, observing the rapid movement of ARTs or BD cranes, or other IR support with disaster management. arranging for rolling stock personnel to measure ODC and watch over ODC train movement. any additional obligations imposed.
Experience in dealing with maintenance and operation of Carriage and Wagon in Mechanical Department in Indian Railway. Preference will be given to officers having experience in open line.
Good working knowledge of English and Hindi. Handling tenders & managing Contracts. Working knowledge of Computers and basic knowledge of MS Office, letter drafting and statistic analysis. Knowledge of FOIS or FMM or WISE or COA will be preferred.
