They may be asked to contribute/participate for another two additional years based on their performance and job requirements.

For GM

A candidate with past working experience as GM must be a Central/State Govt. officer working in an analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline. He/she must have worked in SG (Level13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline or received monthly remuneration of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 based on (lDA) (E7) with four years of service in that grade.

For DY. CPM (AGM)

The candidates who have past working experience as DY. CPM (AGM) must be a Central/State Govt. officer working in an analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with a minimum of 1.2 years in Group A in the relevant field or in Rs.90,000-240,000 (lDA) (E6) with four years service in the grade.

For DY. CPM (JGM)

The candidates who have past working experience as DY. CPM (AGM) must be a Central/State Govt. officer working in an analogous grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level12) with 8-12 years’ service in Group A in the relevant field or PSU employees working in equivalent grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 80000-220000 (tDA) (E5) with four years’ service in the grade.

For PM (DGM)

The candidates who have past working experience as PM (DGM) must be Central/State Govt. officers having Sr. Scale (Level-11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years of service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs.70000- 200000 (lDA) (E4) with four years service in the grade.

Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DFCCIL recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidate will be allocated monthly salary based on their parent pay with planned deputation allowance (all other Perks and allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).

Job Description for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DFCCIL recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates will be required to do all the activities concerning the Planning, Design & Construction of overhead equipment, Traction substation, SCADA, and General Power Supply Work. The candidates hired as General Managers in Units will report to the relevant CGM/GM(Coord) and will have the authority of an E7 level in accordance with SOP.
