MOEFCC Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEFCC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Member Secretary on a deputation basis. As per the MOEFCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 08 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
As per the MOEFCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit for applying for this job post is 56 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 13 A. As per the MOEFCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 08 vacancies for the post of Member Secretary.
Officers of the Central or State Government or public sector undertaking or University or Government research institution or autonomous or statutory body-
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent. cadre or department; or
(ii) With two years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band 4 of 37400- 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 or officers with six years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band -3 of 15600 *39100 with Grade Pay of 27600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) possessing the following qualification and experience: –
(i) Master’s degree in Science or degree in Engineering from a recognized institute or university or equivalent; and
(ii) Twelve (12) years of experience in the regular Group-‘A’ posts, not below the rank and pay scale of pay band -3 of 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600, in a Government department or institution or central public sector undertaking or university or Government research institution or autonomous or statutory body at the administrative or managerial level with practical experience in matters relating to scientific, engineering or management aspects of pollution control.
Candidates having Ph.D. in Science relating to Environment or M. Tech. in Engineering in a discipline relating to Environment from a recognized institute or university or equivalent will be given preference.
Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department or the central government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
