DFCCIL Recruitment 2023: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi, has sought Applications through Proper Channel in respect of the Persons with Eligibility for Appointment on the Post Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) in vide the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Dated 23.03.2023. As notified in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with an Appointment on Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) Post On Deputation Basis with Posting in Prayagraj/East.
DFCCIL notified Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) Eligible Officers with Interest should apply through Proper Channel within 30 Days post-issuance of this DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification/Vacancy Notification Dated 23.03.2023.
According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Notified Post Deputy Chief Project Manager (Dy CPM)/Project Manager (Civil) shall be filled up On Deputation with Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance with Initial 03-Years’ Engagement Tenure, with Further Extension up to Maximum 05 Years. Based on DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer shall be issued Appointment with entitlement to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per the DFCCIL Policy).
According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit in respect of the Candidates for the Post(s) is as follows:
Not to exceed/more than 55 Years, the Maximum Age as on the issuance of the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
Service: The Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) Or Officers of Engineering Department of Indian Railways, Officers under Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs), etc.
Specific Requirements:
Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager-Civil (E-7 Grade): The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline OR Selection Grade (Level-13) with Minimum 12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline/Officers of PSUs of the Central Government/State Government in Rs.90000-240000 (IDA) (E6) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade;
Deputy Chief Project Manager (Joint General Manager/JGM Level E-6 Grade): The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline Or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the Relevant Discipline Or the Officers of PSUs of Central Government/State Government Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in Analogous Grade in Relevant Discipline or in Rs.80000-220000 (IDA) (E5) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.
Project Manager (Deputy General Manager Level): The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Senior Scale (Level-11) Posts/Central Government/State Government Officers with 10 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’ and holding Cadre Posts in Analogous Grade in Relevant Discipline Or in Rs.70000-200000 (IDA) (E4) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.
As has been explained in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on the Notified Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) shall be carried out by Deputation involving a Viva-voce/Personal Interview. Post-Selection The Candidates would be issued Appointment on Deputation Basis.
The Deputation Tenure initially shall span 03-Years, which may be extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
