DGFT Extends Deadlines for Submission of Applications under MEIS for Exports The Directorate General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) Vide Notification No. 15/2015-2020 dated 1st July 2022 Extends Deadlines for Submission of Applications under MEIS for Exports. The Notification is Given Below: S.O. 2988(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in para 3.13 A of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 as notified vide Notification No. 58 dated 07.03.2022, with immediate effect, as below: 2. Effect of this Notification: The last date of submitting applications under MEIS , for exports made in the period 01.09.2020 to 31.12.2020, has been extended upto 31.08.2022.
