Disposing 122 writ petitions HC allows filing/correction of TRAN-1 and TRAN-2 Form manually
In a recent order, the Bombay High Court has allowed the filing and correction of TRAN-1 and TRAN-2 Forms. The court said that in case it is not possible to file the same online, it shall be filed manually.
All the Writ Petitions were disposed of in terms of the order of Bombay High Court dated 13th April 2022 delivered at Aurangabad in the case of Ambica Fertilizers.
HC Directs GST Department to allow revision of TRAN 1 on Web Portal
The Court has further directed that the transitional forms shall be filed and/or corrected by the taxpayers preferably within 3 weeks. Further The Authority shall pass orders upon the same as per the observations in the order of filing, preferably within six weeks.
