The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a statutory body established under an Act of Parliament (under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs), is inviting feedback from professional members on technical issues and challenges faced while using the MCA21-V3 Portal for filing forms. The initiative aims to identify difficulties encountered by users and help improve the filing experience on the portal.

The ICSI has requested professionals to share details of technical glitches, filing-related challenges, error messages and other issues they may have experienced while using the MCA21-V3 Portal. Members have also been encouraged to provide suggestions that could help make the portal more efficient and user-friendly.

Professionals have been asked to submit their feedback through the online form titled “Issues/Feedback on MCA 21-V3 Portal - Fill out form.” The deadline for submitting the inputs is September 15, 2026, by 9 AM.

The Institute stated that the feedback received from professionals will be compiled and submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for necessary action. The exercise is intended to ensure that practical difficulties faced during form filing are brought to the Ministry’s attention for appropriate resolution.
