DMRC Recruitment 2022: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Limited has invited Applications from Experience Officers for the Post Executive Director (Track) for Appointment through Direct Recruitment Basis/ On Deputation Basis. The Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility Criteria in reference to Executive Director Post stipulated in the Advertisement may apply through Proper Channel in the shape of an Advance Copy of the Application accompanying the Cadre Clearing Authority Countersigned and Sealed Certification.

The Last Date for the Candidates’ submission of the Application annexed with the Enclosures under the Caption “Application for the Post Executive Director (Track) in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited both through Mail and Registered/Speed Post stipulated befalls 3rd October 2022 (03.10.2022).

Screening Process:

1) The Selection Methodology with respect to the Candidates applying on a Deputation Basis shall comprise A Personal Interview.

2) The Screening Methodology with regard to the Candidates applying on Direct Recruitment (DR) basis shall consist of a Personal Interview and Medical Fitness Examination.

Surety Bond:

The Candidate selected for the Post Executive Director (Track) shall need to execute a Surety Bond of Rs. 4.00 Lac Plus Applicable Service Tax & Cost of Training Plus Applicable Service Tax to render services to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limit affirming Minimum 03 (Three) Years (exclusive of the Period in which one remains on Leave Without Pay: LWP or Extra-Ordinary Leave: EOL). It also necessitates 03 (Three) Months’ Prior Notice before seeking Resignation from the Corporation.

Essential Testimonials for Submission:

The Applicant Officer should attach the following Testimonials along with their respective Application and Certification by the Employer/ Cadre Controlling Authority before submission through Registered Post/Speed Post:

i) Cadre Clearance Certificate

ii) Vigilance Clearance

iii) Integrity Certificate signed by an Officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director to the Government of India.

iv) Major/Minor Penalty Statement during the last Ten (10) years

v) Photocopies of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) of preceding Five/Six Years, i.e. from 2016-17 to 2020-21 duly attested on each page by the Officer Not Below the Rank of an Under-Secretary to the Government of India are also required to be sent with the Application. If for some reason, the Officer’s ACRs/APARs have not been written for a particular year or a part of a year, a ‘No Report Certificate’ (NRC) is also needed to be sent, then a Scanned Copy Of Duly Filled-in And Signed Proforma In PDF Format May Also Be Sent By Candidate Through E-Mail to [email protected].

Pay Scale: In case of Direct Recruitment: Rs.1.50 Lac to Rs.3.00 Lac Per Month

Pay and Emoluments:

1) In case of the Candidate selected on Deputation basis: The Candidate selected for the Post shall continue to draw Parent Department Pay Plus Deputation Allowance, as applicable, under the relevant Rules.

2) In case of the Candidate selected on Direct Recruitment Basis: The Pay and Emoluments shall be as per the Pay Scales under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable from time to time and other Benefits.

Eligibility Criteria (As On 01.09.2022)

Eligible Candidates should have Minimum 10 Years’ Experience of Construction/Maintenance of Track in Railways/ Metro, including 05 Years’ Experience of Construction/Maintenance of Ballast-less Track.

A) With reference to the Officer Candidates rendering Service in Railways/Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in Central Dearness Allowance (CDA) Pay Scales

(i) The Officers working in Level 14 (Rs. 144200 to Rs.218200) in any Government Organization, or, Railways, Or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), including the Services put in on Deputation, in the fore-stated Pay Scale, with Aggregate 25 Years’ Service at Gazetted / Executive level, out of which 08 (Eight) Years’ Service must have been in the Pay Scale of Rs. 144200 to Rs. 218200 in any Government Organization, Or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for Direct Recruitment (DR) Basis.

Or

ii) The Officers working in Level 15 (Rs. 182200 to Rs.224100) in any Government Organization, Or the Railways, Or the Public Sector Undertakings, including the Services put in On Deputation, in the fore-stated Pay Scale, with Minimum 02 Years’ Service in the afore-mentioned Grade (including the Services put in on Non-Functional basis), with Total 25 (Twenty-five) Years’ Service at Gazetted/Executive Level, for Direct Recruitment (DR)/Deputation Basis.

B) With reference to the Candidates rendering Service in the Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) / Metro’s in Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) Pay Scales

i) The Executives working in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1.20 Lac to Rs.2.80 Lac in any Government Organization, Or the Public Sector Undertakings, Or Metro’s, including the services put in on Deputation, in the fore-stated Pay Scale, with Total 25  Years’ Service at Gazetted/Executive Level, out of which 08 (Eight) Years’ Service must have been in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1.20 Lac to Rs.2.80 Lac in any Government Organization, Or the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Or Metro’s for Direct Recruitment (DR) basis.

Or

ii) The Executives working in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1.50 Lac to Rs.3.00 Lac in any Government Organization, Or the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Or Metro’s including the Services put in on Deputation, in the fore-stated Pay Scale, with Minimum 02 Years’ Service in the aforementioned Grade (including the Services put in on Non- Functional basis), with Total 25 (Twenty-five) Years’ Service at Gazetted/Executive level, for Direct Recruitment/ Deputation Basis.
