In accordance with the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the vacancy for the post of Post Production Assistant, Beautician / Hair Dresser, Resource Person, Video Assistant, Set Assistant, Punjabi and Hindi Anchor /Presenter, C.G.operator and Camera Assistant.

Age Limit for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of 30.09.2023.

Salary for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get remuneration as per the basis of the assignment-

• The selected candidates for the post of Post Production Assistant and Punjabi & Hindi Anchor /Presenter will get Rs.3500 per assignment and up to maximum 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Beautician / Hair Dresser, Resource Person and Set Assistant will get Rs.3000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Video Assistant will get Rs.5000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of C.G. operator will get Rs.2000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Camera Assistant will get Rs.1000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.

Qualification for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the required qualification for the specified posts are mentioned below-

For Post Production Assistant-

• 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Graduate Degree/PG Diploma in Film and Video Editing from a recognized university/institute.
• Candidate must be well-vested in the following software-
  1. Adobe Premiere Pro CC
  2. Adobe Illustration/Photoshop

For Beautician / Hair Dresser-

• For Makeup Artists-
• 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Diploma in make-up with 2 yrs.
• Experience working in a professional parlor.
• For Beautician/ Hair Dresser.
• 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Diploma in Hair Dresser/ Stylist with 2 yrs. experience of working in a professional salon.

For Resource Person-

• Graduate Degree from a recognized university/institute.
• Degree/PG Diploma in TV & Radio from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable-

• Matriculate in the relevant language.
• Exposure to audio-visual media and proven aptitude in the field.
• Typing in English/Hindi/Punjabi.

For Video Assistant-

• 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Degree/Diploma in Cinematography/Videography from a recognized university/Institute.
• One year of experience in the relevant field.

For Set Assistant-

• 10+2 from a recognized Board.
• Diploma in Carpentry from a recognized Institute.
• Experience in Set work in the video Production field.

For Punjabi and Hindi Anchor /Presenter-

• Graduate Degree from a recognized university/institute.
• 10+2 in the language concerned.
• Camera-friendly face with a voice of a very good quality suited to telecasting.
• Correct pronunciation, accent and modulation.
• Knowledge of current regional/Indian & Foreign affairs.
• Acquaintance with names of important personalities in the region/India and abroad.
• Knowledge of Punjabi / Hindi / English.

Preferable-

• Degree/PG Diploma in journalism from a recognized university/institute.
• Experience with Television / Radio Media.

For C.G.operator-

• Graduation and verifiable Certificate in Computer 9 C.G. Operator Computer Graphics/ Graphic Designing (Online/offline) Graphics for Programme.

For Camera Assistant-

• Candidates should have passed Class XII.

Tenure for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the maximum number of assignment days is 7 (seven) days in a month and 72 days in a year, depending on the needs of the program.

Selection Process for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a skill test / written test/personality test and/or screen test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. The selection will be done through constituted selection committee.
