DoPT Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (MPPGP), Government of India has invited Applications from Retired Staff Car Driver (SCD) to render their Services as Red. SCD on Re-employable Basis in the Department of Personnel & Training, says the DoPT Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
There are 04 Vacancies to be filled up by way of Engagement for 01 Year Time period and Extendable too thereafter. The Last Date for such Intending Candidates to apply is 24th January 2023 (24.01.2023) as may be referred to this DoPT Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose.
To be considered Eligible for the Red. Staff Car Drivers, the Interested Candidates should have been retired from Central Government/State Government/Ex-Service-Men/Para-Military Forces, etc. As per the DoPT Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Willing Candidates may submit their respective Applications duly completed in all respects to be sent by Email.

Engagement Period: 01 Year (However, Candidates Service Engagement may be further Extended also.
Posting Location: North Block Or Old JNU Campus, New Delhi
Remuneration: Last Pay Drawn Minus Pension Plus Transport Allowances in terms of the Department of Expenditure’s OM No 3-25/2020-E.IIIA Dated 09.12.2020 (Reference the DoPT Recruitment 2023 Notification.)
As per the DoPT Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Applicant Candidate should be lesser than 64 Years.
The Official Candidate should be:
i) Matriculation (10th) passed
ii) retired as Official in the capacity of Staff Car Driver
ii) have in possession a Valid Driving Licence (DC) for Motor Cars
Desirable Experience: Knowledge of Motor Mechanism
Eligible Candidate’s Engagement as Red. Staff Car Driver shall be on “Hire and Fire Basis”, which shall be Purely Dependent on the Person’s Work Performance to be governed by the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA Dated 09.12.2020.
Selection to the Post Red Staff Car Driver shall be conducted as per the DoPT Recruitment 2023 Notification with reference to the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA Dated 09.12.2020.
