DPIIT Recruitment 2023: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Junior Consultant and Consultant. As per the official notification of DPIIT Recruitment 2023, there are 03 vacancies for the mentioned position. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.0.6 lakh to 2.5 lakh based on the suitability and experience of candidates (according to the posts). The maximum age limit for the post of Junior Consultant is below 35 years of age as of 1st September 2023 and the maximum age limit for applying for the post of Consultant is below 40 years. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field.

The initial tenure of engagement for a person as a Consultant would be a maximum of upto 03 years. Continuation of the Consultant in DPIIT beyond 03 years, for up to an additional 02 years will be considered on a case-to-case basis by the Competent Authority in the Department Extension is subject to approval and based on requirement at the appropriate stage. The appointment of Consultants is of a temporary nature and the DPIIT can cancel the appointment at any time without providing any reason for it, with a notice period of 15 days.
