Dr. Anuradha Guru is Appointed as an Ex-officio Member of IBBI by Government to Represent MCA To represent the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the government has chosen Dr. Anuradha Guru as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). "In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Anuradha Guru, Economic Adviser, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to represent the said Ministry in that Board," read the notification. Dr. Anuradha Guru is a civil servant, executive director, IBBI executive director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs executive director, and Director (Financial Stability and Development Council).
