DRDO Recruitment 2022: The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), with its headquarters in Delhi, India, is the top organization within the Department of Defence Research and Development of the Government of India’s Ministry of Defence.
Centre for High Energy Systems & Sciences (CHESS), Hyderabad, a premier Centre of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is hiring young and meritorious Indian nationals, who desire to pursue defence-related research as Junior Research Fellows. There are 07 vacancies for these posts. The maximum age limit to apply is 28 years. The stipend for JRF is Rs. 31000 per month.

The maximum age limit of 28 years for JRF as on the closing date of application. The upper age limit is relaxable to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC as per government of India orders.

The stipend for JRF is Rs. 31000 per month (HRA as admissible as per rule) for a maximum period of two years (extendable as per rules for JRF, subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed by a committee).
Applications are to be submitted online through the official website link. Candidates are requested to fill in up correct details against all the fields along with uploading of scanned copies of all the mandatory documents. Candidates are required to bring a signed printout of the application along with the originals of the documents submitted online at the time of joining at CHESS, Hyderabad. The Last date for the receipt of the application is 21 days.
