As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are 07 vacancies open for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Mechanical Engg., Electronics/Electrical and Electronics Engg./Electronics and Communication Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mathematics and Physics disciplines.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit is 28 years as of the date of the walk-in interview to apply for DRDO Recruitment 2023.

Qualification for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the essential qualifications for the particular disciplines are given below-

For Mechanical Engg.-

• The candidate should have a Graduate Degree in professional course B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical Engg.) in the first division with a valid NET/GATE score. OR
• The candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree in a professional course M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical Engg.) in first division both at the Graduate and postgraduate levels.

For Electronics/Electrical and Electronics Engg./Electronics and Comm. Engg.-

• The candidate should have a Graduate Degree in professional course B.E./B.Tech. (Elec/EEE/ECE) in the first division with a valid NET/GATE score. OR
• The candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree in a professional course M.E./M.Tech. (Elec/EEE/ECE) in first division both at the Graduate and Post Graduate level

For Marine Engg.-

• The candidate should have a Graduate Degree in professional course B.E./B.Tech. (Marine Engg.) in the first division with a valid NET/GATE score. OR
• The candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree in a professional course M.E./M.Tech. (Marine Engg.) in first division both at the Graduate and Post Graduate level.

For Mathematics-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics in the first division with NET qualification.

For Physics-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics in the first division with NET qualification.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for DRDO Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly stipend of Rs.37000 with HRA as admissible as per the rules.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be employed for an initial period of 02 years but may be extended as per the rules.

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for DRDO Recruitment 2023 on the basis of their performance in the walk-in interview. There will be no TA/DA paid for attending the interview.

Examination Fee for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Candidates have to pay Rs.10 as an examination fee to apply for DRDO Recruitment 2023. The SC/ST/OBC are exempted from the payment of examination fees.
