According to the DRDO recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates will be recruited to the following positions depending on their past working experiences.

For Joint Director (Accounts)

A candidate must have prior working experience from any Central Government, State Government, or Union Territory Administration in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. He or she must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and ten years of experience in accounting, financial management, and budgeting.

For Chief Accounts Officer

An applicant must have prior working experience from any Central Government, State Government, or Union Territory Administration with five years of service in the grade rendered after regular appointment in the pay matrix level-11 (Rs. 6700-208700) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. He or she must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and seven years of experience in accounting, financial management, and budgeting.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

General Terms for DRDO Recruitment 2023:
