Educational Qualification: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Bachelor of Legal Laws) or Post-Graduate Degree in Law (i.e. Magister Legum or Legum Magister)/Master of Legal Laws (LL.M.) with Minimum 60% Marks awarded by the Bar Council of India (BCI) recognized Colleges/Universities/Institutions.
Serving Experience: Minimum 20 Years’ Experience in Legal Cadre and should have superannuated from State/Central Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Sector Banks or Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) in Minimum IDA Pay Scale of E5 (Rs.80000-Rs.220000) or Pre Revised Scale of Rs.32900-Rs.58800, Equivalent CDA Pay Scale/Public Sector Bank Pay Scale.
