DRDO Recruitment 2024: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is seeking engrossed and willing candidates for the position of Chairperson RAC. In accordance with the official announcement of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the above-stated opportunity should be retired Scientists or Technologists or Academicians or Civil Servants retired at the level of Secretary to the Government of India. The candidates selected for the mentioned position have to look after the formulation of policies related to the recruitment and assessment of DRDO Scientists. The candidates selected for the above-indicated opportunity will receive a monthly remuneration in Level-17.
In reference to the official announcement of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the appointment will remain in work for an appropriate period of 03 years. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a high-level Search-cum-Selection Committee. In addition to reviewing the biodata submitted in response to this advertisement, the Search-cum-Selection Committee will have the authority to examine any additional names or names for appointment to the above-mentioned office. The Defence Research and Development Organisation is now accepting offline applications for the position of Chairperson RAC. As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will mainly be responsible for the formulation of policies related to the recruitment and assessment of DRDO Scientists.
The candidates selected for DRDO Recruitment 2024 will receive a consolidated remuneration in Level-17 of the Pay Matrix in the 7th CPC (Rs.80000 of 6th CPC).
The duration of the appointment for DRDO Recruitment 2024 will remain in work for an appropriate period of 03 years or till attainment of 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
In reference to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the eligibility for application is restricted to retired scientists, technologists, academicians, civil servants, or those who were reemployed on a contract after retiring at the rank of Secretary to the Government of India.
The applicable candidates for DRDO Recruitment 2024 will be selected on the basis of a high-level Search-cum-Selection Committee appointed by the Government of India for the purpose, in accordance with extant DOP and T instructions, with the approval of the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC).
In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, interested and engrossed candidates may apply offline by filling out the application form available on the official website of DRDO and submitting it to the “Director, Recruitment and Assessment Centre, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi – 110054” through an appropriate channel. The candidates are advised to submit their applications/ documents before the last date given by the committee to avoid the last-minute rush.
