Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

Qualification for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

The required qualification to apply for DRDO Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For RA (Chemistry)-

• The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or M. Sc in Chemistry with 3 Years of research experience in Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.

Desirable-

• Preference will be given to those who have exposure on Heterogeneous Catalysis.

For JRF (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering)-

• The candidate should have a Graduate degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech.) in the first division with NET/GATE or Post graduate degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering (M.E./ M.Tech.) in first division both at graduate and post-graduate level.

Desirable-

• Preference will be given to those who have exposure to lab view software.

For JRF (Chemistry)-

• The candidate should have a post-graduate degree in Chemistry in the first division both at the graduate and post-graduate level with NET/GATE.

Desirable-

• Preference will be given to those who have exposure to Chromatography and other related analytical tools.

For JRF (Microbiology / Biotechnology)-

• The candidate should have a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc / M. Tech) in Microbiology / Biotechnology in the first division both at the graduate and postgraduate level with NET/GATE.

Desirable-

• Preference will be given to those who have exposure to gene editing and related fields.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

The chosen candidates for DRDO Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The chosen candidates for the post of JRF will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.37000.
• The chosen candidates for the post of Research Associate will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.67000.

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for DRDO Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a walk-in interview. The walk-in interview will be held on 03.04.2024 at DIBER (DRDO) Haldwani. The reporting time is 09:30 AM. No TA/DA will be paid for attending an interview or for joining. Candidates are required to produce original certificates/testimonials at the time of interview. The candidate is required to produce a copy of published research papers and a thesis also at the time of the interview.
