IOL is inviting applications from capable candidates for the posts of Consultant (Co-ordination ) and Junior Consultant (Field). There are 05 vacancies available for the aforesaid positions, as per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024.

Tenure for IOL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024, the duration of the contract will be 03 years and may be extended up to 01 year (Or 65 Years of age whichever is earlier) on a requirement basis (subject to satisfactory performance).

Place of Work for IOL Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will be assigned to work at Dehradun; however, the consultant is required to travel to various locations based on project requirements.

Age Limit for IOL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024, the upper age limit should be up to 62 years as on closing date of advertisement.

Required Experience for IOL Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of IOL  Recruitment 2024, the required experience are listed below:

For Consultant (Co-ordination) –

• The officer should have at least 10 years of work experience in Armoured Corps, EME Division of the Indian Army.
• Candidate Should have experience in strategic planning & co-ordination with various Military Establishments.
• Candidate should have basic understanding about Electro-Optical Sights, electronic systems & Sighting systems of Armoured Vehicles and Operation/ handling of related equipment in Armoured Vehicles.

For Junior Consultant (Field)-

• The candidates should have at least 10 years of work experience in Armoured Corps or EME Division of the Indian Army.
• Candidate Should be conversant in operation/ handling of Electro-Optical Sights, electronic systems & Sighting systems of Armoured Vehicles and operation/ handling of related equipment in Armoured Vehicles.
• Candidate must be familiar in working with Opto-Electronic Devices and tools / instruments required for
  repair/maintenance of these devices in field conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for Oil India Recruitment 2024:

For Consultant (Co-ordination) –

• The candidate should be Retired Officer of the Indian Army (of Armoured or EME Corps) can apply.

For Junior Consultant (Field)-

• The candidate should be Ex-serviceman retired from JCO/ NCO ranks of Armoured corps or EME Corps can apply

Salary for IOL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024, the monthly salary is given below:

• A fixed monthly amount will be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement from Central Government Department. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract.

Selection Procedure for IOL Recruitment 2024:

As informed by the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be based on examination and interview. The candidates called for interview shall be required to produce original documents relating to educational qualification, experience etc. for verification at the time of interview.
