Dreamfolks Services IPO: Latest GMP Ahead of Issue Opening for Subscription Tomorrow

Airport Service Aggregator Platform Dreamfolks Services Ltd. has set a price range of 308 to 326 for its three-day initial public offering (IPO), which will begin on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, and end on Friday, August 26, 2022. On Wednesday, the anchor investor auction would begin.

Promoters Liberatha Peter Kallat, Dinesh Nagpal, and Mukesh Yadav have made an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.72 crore equity shares for the Dreamfolks Services IPO. 33% of the company’s post-offer paid-up equity share capital will be made up of the public issue.

According to market watchers, shares of Dreamfolks Services are currently trading on the black market at a premium (GMP) of 55. On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the company’s shares are anticipated to list on the top stock exchanges BSE and NSE.

Using its technology-driven platform, DreamFolks helps passengers have a better airport experience. Using a single technological platform, the company’s asset-light business strategy links domestic and international networks, credit card and debit card issuers, and other corporate clients, including airline companies, with a variety of airport lounge operators and other services providers for airports.

The primary managers for the public issuance are Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Equirus Capital. The initial share sale registrant is Link Intime India Private Ltd.

Axis Capital study claims that Dreamfolks Services has been effective in bridging the gap between its clients and airport lounge operators due to their dominating position in the market for access to airport lounges. Through their unique value proposition, they are able to draw in new customers and operators, further solidifying their market position. This allows them to develop interdependencies for their service offerings.

Dreamforks has 50 clients as of March 31, 2022, including many of India’s top card issuers and card networks. 9.79 million Paxes had used their services overall from the financial year 2020 as of March 31, 2022.
