• Candidates must be class 12th pass or equivalent under the 10+2 system from a recognized Board / University.
• Candidate must have a Speed of 80 words per minute(w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English OR 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in Hindi.

Junior Assistant

• Candidate must be 12th Class from a recognized Board or University.
• Candidate must have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

Junior Stenographer

• Candidate must be Senior Secondary (12th pass) with Hindi as a subject from any recognized Board / Institute with proficiency in Hindi.

Assistant Grade-I

• Candidate must have Sr. Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent.
• Candidate should pass the typewriting in English with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on Computer ( 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression of each word.)

Salary for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

The monthly salary for those selected for the DSSSB Recruitment 2024 is mentioned below.

• The chosen candidate for Lower Division Clerk, Junior Assistant, Lower Division Clerk-cum-Typist and Asstt. Grade – I post will get a monthly salary of between Rs.19900 to Rs. 63200.
• The chosen candidate for Stenographer Grade-II, Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English), Jr. Stenographer and Stenographer post will get a monthly salary of between Rs.25500 to Rs. 81100.
