THE MAHARASHTRA STATE TAX ON PROFESSIONALS, TRADES, CALLINGS, AND EMPLOYMENTS ACT, 1975. No. PFT 1221/C.R. 16/Taxation-3.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975 (Mah. XVI of 1975), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department No. PFT-2014/CR 38/Taxation- 3, dated the 21st August 2014, as follows, namely:- In the SCHEDULE, appended to the said Notification, in entry (8),-(i) in column (c), the existing portion shall be renumbered as clause (i) thereof, and after clause (i) as so renu m be re d , the following clause shall be added, namely:
"(ii) Returns for the months of March 2021, April 2021 and May 2021."
(ii) in column (e),-
(a) in condition (a), after the words, bracket and letter "in column (c)" the words, bracket and letter", in clause (z)" shall be inserted; (b) after condition (a ), the following condition shall be inserted, namely:-
"(a -1) Return specified in column (c), in clause (ii) shall be filed on or before 30th June 2021 on the website of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department.".
