Directorate of Enforcement Recruitment 2022: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sought the Applications for filling 02 Posts of Assistant Director (Official Language) On Deputation Basis in the Directorate of Enforcement in the Pay Level 10 (Rs.Rs.56100 to Rs.177500) in the Pay Matrix for New Delhi and Chandigarh Locations.
Such Officers aged not above 56 Years with the Stipulated Educational Qualifications, Experience and Service in the Pay Scale duly satisfying the Eligibility intending to submit respective Candidatures should proceed with applying ensuring that their Applications clubbed with the Requisite Annexures enclosed in an Envelope super scribed “Application for the Post Assistant Director (Official Language) on Deputation Basis in the Directorate of Enforcement, New Delhi/Chandigarh” is receivable within 45 days from publishing of the Enforcement Directorate Advertisement in the Employment News and also in the Directorate of Revenue Website.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities should forward the Applications of Eligible and Willing Officers in the Proforma annexed so as to reach the Joint Director (Administration), Directorate of Enforcement within 45 Days of the Vacancy Circular Dated 2nd September 2022.
Selection Process: The Selection Authority of the Directorate of Enforcement, with the Objective of Shortlisting the Candidates likely to be summoned for a Personal Interaction/Personal Interview, shall assess/evaluate the Officer Candidates’ Essential Qualification/ Work Experience prior to offering Appointments.

Qualifications: The Officer Candidates Eligible for the Assistant Directors (Official Language) in the Directorate of Enforcement On Deputation Basis in New Delhi and Chandigarh should have Essential Qualification as follows:
The Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous organisations:
a.i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
ii) with 03 (Three) Years’ Service rendered Post Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Level-7 (Rs.44900 to Rs.142400) in the Pay Matrix; And
b) having in possession the Educational Qualifications and Service Experience as follows:
Essential:
1) Master’s Degree from any Recognized University in Hindi with English as a Compulsory, Or Elective Subject or as the Degree Level Medium Examination; Or
Master’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University in English with Hindi as a Compulsory or Eleclive Subject or as the Degree Level Medium Examination; Or Master’s Degree from any Recognized University in any Subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi Medium and English as an Elective or Compulsory Subject or as Degree Level Medium Examination; Or
Master’s Degree from any Duly recognized University in any Subject other than Hindi Or English with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Elective Or the Subject or as a Degree Level Medium Examination; Or
Master’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University in any Subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a Compulsory Elective Subject or either of Two as a Medium of the Examination and another as a Compulsory or Elective Subject at the Degree Level;
2) 03 (Three) Years’ Experience of using or applying the Terminology (Terminological Work) in Hindi and Translation Work from English to Hindi or vice versa, preferably of Technical or Scientific Literature under the Central Government or State Governments or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations or the Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Duly Recognised Research or Educational Institutions; Or
03 Years’ Experience of teaching in Hindi and English or Research in Hindi or English under the Central Government or State Governments or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations or the Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Duly Recognised Research or Educational Institutions.
Desirable:
Should have studied one of the Languages other than Hindi included in the 8th (Eighth) Schedule of the Constitution at Matriculate (Xth) Standard from any Duly Recognized Board.
Note: While forwarding the Officer Candidates’ Applications, the Cadre Controlling Authorities should verify and ensure that the Particulars furnished by the Applicants are Correct and No Disciplinary Case is either pending or Contemplated against the Officer Concerned. The following documents annexed with the Officer Candidates’ Applications should also be sent as follows:
a) Curriculum Vitae (Bio-Data); b) Complete and up-to-date Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) Confidential Report (CR) Dossier of the preceding 05 Years (2016-17 up to 2021-22) Or the Photocopy attested on Each Page thereof; c) Vigilance Certificate/Clearance; d) Integrity Certificate/Clearance; e) Cadre Clearance; e) A Statement of Major/Minor Penalties, if any, imposed on the Officer during the past 10 Years. f) Immovable Property Return.
Note: The Applicant Officer should attach the following Testimonials along with their respective Application and Certification by the Employer/ Cadre Controlling Authority before submission through Registered Post/Speed Post:
i) Cadre Clearance Certificate; ii) Vigilance Clearance; iii) Integrity Certificate signed by an Officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director to the Government of India; iv) Major/Minor Penalty Statement during the last Ten (10) Years; And v) Photocopies of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) of preceding Five/Six Years, i.e., from 2016-17 to 2020-21 duly attested on each page by the Officer Not Below the Rank of an Under-Secretary to the Government of India are also required to be sent with the Application. If for some reasons, the Officer’s ACRs/APARs have not been written for a Particular Year or a Part of a Year, a ‘No Report Certificate’ (NRC) is also needed to be sent, then a Scanned Copy Of Duly Filled-in And Signed Proforma In PDF Format.
