Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the tenure is mentioned below:

• The selected candidates will be appointed for posts of Specialist for a period of 03 years with annual evaluation and terms renewed every year based on satisfactory performance for full time and for a period 01 year for part time specialist on contract basis or till regular specialists joins, whichever is earlier.

Salary for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the salary is mentioned below:

• For Part-time /full time specialists and Senior Residents (Contractual)- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 123485. In addition, they are entitled for transport allowance with DA on TA as per rules. As and when DA increases by the GOI, the salary will increase accordingly.
• For Senior Residents-(Tenure Basis)- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs 67,700 as per Level-11 of 7th CPC matrix plus other allowances subject to instructions received from the ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time (it would be reduced by Rs. 1350 for Diploma holders and the same will be reduced by Rs. 2250 per month for non-PG candidates).

Qualification Required for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

• The candidate should have a PG Degree/Diploma or MBBS degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged. Preference is to be given to a PG Degree or a Diploma Qualified.

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below:

• For Part-time /full time Specialists- The candidate’s age should not exceed 67 years on the date of interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman as per rules).
• For Senior Residents (Contractual) and For Senior Residents-(Tenure Basis)-The candidate’s age should not exceed 45 years on the date of interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman as per rules).

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidates belonging to the UR/OBC category have to deposit a demand draft (non-refundable) of Rs.300 in favour of “ESI FUND ACCOUNT NO. 1” payable at State Bank Of India Kanpur, UP. SC/ST candidates have to deposit a demand draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 75, while PWD and female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be selected on the basis of a walk-in interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for walk-in interview.
