Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, candidates should be the age of 45 years and candidates should be the age of 69 years to apply for the post of the part-time specialist.

Salary for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.158683.

For Full-Time Specialist-

• The selected candidates for Specialist (Entry level-3 year experience post PG as per PR) will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.137771.
• The selected candidates for Specialist (Senior level-5 year experience post PG as per PR) will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.158683.

For Part-Time Specialist-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly fixed remuneration of Rs.60000.

For Senior Residents (03 years)-

• The selected candidates for Specialist (Entry level-3 year experience post PG as per PR) will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.137771(approx).

For Senior Resident (01 year)-

• The selected candidates of PG Degree Holders will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.137771.
• The selected candidates of PG Diploma Holders will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.136421.
• The selected candidates (for the candidates who possess MBBS with 2 years experience in the respective departments) will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.135521.

Qualification and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is given below-

For Full-Time Specialist/Part-Time Specialist-

• Candidates should have MBBS and PG degrees or equivalent.

Experience–

• FTS (entry-level) and PTS-PG Degree with 3 years experience or PG Diploma with 5 years experience in the respective specialty after PG.
• FTS (Senior Level) – PG Degree With 5 years experience or PG Diploma with 7 years experience in the respective specialty after PG.

For Senior Resident (03 years)-

• Candidates should have PG Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty.

For Senior Resident ((01 year)-

• PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty.
• Candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS in the concerned specialty in Govt./Reputed hospitals will be considered if PG candidates are not available.
• PG Doctors will be given preference in Casualty Department.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for the post of Full Time Specialist/Part Time Specialist will be engaged for a period of 01 year but may be extended for a maximum period of 03 years based on satisfactory performance, the selected candidates for the post of Senior Resident will be engaged for a period of 03 years and the selected candidates for the post of Senior Resident will be engaged for a period of 01 year.

Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the walk-in interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, candidates who belong to the General and OBC categories will have to pay Rs.250 and candidates who belong to the SC/ST category will have to pay Rs.50 as an application fee. Female/PWD applicants are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The Demand Draft will be drawn in favor of ESI Fund Account No.1 payable at SBI, Kalamassery.

How to Apply for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023 notification, qualified and eligible candidates can visit the venue for appearing the interview. Candidates have to carry the duly filled application form along with all original documents, one set of photocopies of all original documents and one recent passport-size photograph (affixed on the application). The walk-in interview will be held on 04.08.2023 from 09:00 AM at ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam District, Kerala. Latecomers are not permitted to allow for the interview.
