• The applicants should have a PG Degree with 3 years of experience or a PG Diploma with 5 years of experience in their respective speciality after PG.

Salary for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

• The chosen applicants for Full Time Specialist will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.106000.  
• The chosen applicants for Part Time Specialist will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.60000. 

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s contracts are listed below:

For FTS-

• The appointment will be for 01 year on contract or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. The Contract will be extendable for a further period of 02 (2) more years based on satisfactory performance.

For PTS- 

• The appointment will be for 01 year on contract from the date of joining or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
