Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers.

S.O. 3610(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015­20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Notification No. 08 dated 01.06.2020 related to the export policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers, with immediate effect:

2. Effect of this Notification:

The Export of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers in container with dispenser pumps is free for export making export of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers in any form/packaging freely exportable, with immediate effect.
