Facing Technical Issues? PFRDA Allows UPS Requests Through Nodal Office
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) shared an important update regarding the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) on social media platform X (Formerly known as Twitter).
PFRDA stated that in case of unavailability of the online system or any technical issues/glitches in the CRA system, PFRDA has advised subscribers to submit their UPS requests physically at nodal offices till September 30, 2025.
Physical submission has been permitted as an alternate to ensure the continuity of services. However, subscribers are encouraged to use the online mode wherever available, as it offers quicker and simpler processing.
PFRDA urged all stakeholders to complete the process on time to avoid last-minute rushes or delays.
Note: The due date is scheduled for September 30, 2025.
