Four CPSEs pay the government a dividend of Rs 5,155 crore
DIPAM Secretary Tuhin Kanta Pandey announced on Monday that the government has received Rs 5,155 crore in dividend tranches from four CPSEs.
“The government has received about Rs 4,180 crore and Rs 575 crore as dividend tranches from ONGC NSE -1.01 percent and BPCL NSE 1.65 percent, respectively,” Pandey tweeted.
In another tweet, he stated that the government has received around Rs 240 crore and Rs 160 crore as dividend tranches from SPMCIL and ECGC, respectively.

The total dividend from these four CPSEs is Rs 5,155 crore.

According to the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) website, thus far this fiscal year, Rs 25,376.75 crore has been earned through dividends from various CPSEs.
